Six Working Genius Team Alignment Workshop (Virtual)

A facilitated Six Working Genius team experience designed to help leadership teams understand how work flows, where projects stall, and how each person naturally contributes to the work of the organization. This experience improves collaboration, role clarity, and productivity.

• 45-minute preparation session with the leader
