Six Working Genius Team Alignment 4 Hour Workshop (On-Campus)

An in-person Six Working Genius team experience designed for leadership teams that want deeper discussion and application. This extended workshop helps teams understand their natural strengths, improve collaboration, and align responsibilities with how work actually gets done.

Includes

• Six Working Genius assessments for up to 12 participants
• Team maps
• 45-minute preparation session with the leader
• 4-hour facilitated on-campus team workshop
• 45-minute debrief session with leader
• Session materials and implementation recommendations

Travel expenses for locations outside the Chicagoland area will be added and quoted prior to confirming the engagement.

Additional participants may be added for $150 per person.
