Each week is designed to move principals from clarity to action. Leaders progressively sharpen their purpose, strengthen relationships, examine and improve systems, and build the capacity needed to sustain the work beyond the cohort. By the end, principals are no longer reacting to the work of leadership but intentionally shaping the school they are leading.
